“We bring your dream to the screen”

/ 01 — What we doFive disciplines · one crew

Our services, in FRAME

Five disciplines a screening actually needs — held by one accountable crew. That's everything in FRAME.

F
Fabrication

We build the signal path your event needs, even when it doesn't exist yet.

  • Custom rig design, sourcing, and build-out
  • HDMI switching and routing for seamless source changes
  • Long-haul signal extension over Cat6 / HDBaseT — floor to booth
  • Gear spec and procurement so you're not guessing what to buy
R
Run-of-Show

The person in the room making sure the show actually runs.

  • On-site technical direction and show-calling
  • Live lighting and sound operation
  • Multi-screen runtime and Q&A countdown timers
  • Run-of-show documents built from whatever you hand us
A
A/V Capture

Record it, stream it, or both — live and clean.

  • Live single- and multi-cam streaming
  • Specialty capture, including top-down / overhead rigs
  • Camera, switching, and audio for the broadcast
  • Reliable delivery to the platform of your choice
M
Mastering

Your content, in the right format, ready to play.

  • DCP creation and mastering
  • Interstitial, title-card, and slide design — even built live
  • Run-of-show sheets and event deliverables
  • Format conversion across the formats a venue needs
E
Exhibition

Playback that doesn't blink, whatever the source.

  • DCP playback, SPL / playlist building, and projection
  • Live error-catching during the show
  • Multi-format — DCP, Blu-ray (own player), ProRes and more
  • Seamless switching between sources mid-program
/ 02 — Featured workProof, not claims

On the
record.

Both jobs below were run by one crew, at the same event, at the same time.

01
Live overhead stream

A celebrity chess exhibition

Researched, spec'd, purchased, and built a bespoke live-streaming rig for an overhead ("bird's-eye") camera capturing a live chess match with John Wick himself — including the HDMI switching and Cat6 signal-extension chain to route the camera from the floor into the booth, running alongside the festival's DCP playback.

One crew · both jobs · no dropped frames
The chess match staged — board, mics and chairs under the projected title card
02
Five-day festival

120 films, one crew

DCP playlists, on-the-fly slides, a Blu-ray one-off dropped in seamlessly via a brought-in player, lights and sound covered when the venue tech was absent, and multi-screen Q&A timers — five days straight.

/ 03 — AboutThe one-team story

One team owns the whole technical show, so nothing falls between the cracks.

Andrew works in cinema exhibition and has deep, practical DCI-house fluency — KDMs, CPLs, SPLs, TMS workflows — plus a builder's background in signal, streaming, and live A/V.

Lankershim Post exists because events kept needing five different specialists who didn't talk to each other, and blamed each other when something dropped. The pitch is simple: hire the one person who can do all of it — and actually did, for five days straight.
